Arch & Julia

Arch Ong

Arch is a licensed architect who graduated with a degree in Architecture from the University of the Philippines-Diliman in 2000. Since then, he has been involved in the design of various projects such as low-rise & mid-rise commercial & office buildings, townhouses, houses and industrial plants through his involvement with the family business in the construction industry. Apart from that, his freelance design works has provided him an extensive experience in the local design & construction scene.

Julia Sandra Uy-Cea

Julia is the principal architect and co-founder of Mint. She received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the University of the Philippines-Diliman in 2001 and placed 2nd in the 2002 Philippine Architecture Licensure Examinations. While doing a number of freelance design works, she also pursued additional classes in interior design at the Phillippine School of Interior Design. She has worked as an architect for G&W Architects and PDSI, an international design form based in Shanghai, where she was immersed in diverse interior, architectural and urban design projects such as commercial complexes, private residences & villas, clubhouses, and apartment buildings in China, Dubai and the Philippines.
